Contagus Refund Policy:

If you’re not completely satisfied with your membership for any reason, please fill out our web form within the first 30 days of your membership, and we will gladly refund your membership fee. Your membership access will be terminated without any further notification. Your refund will be mailed back to you within 21 days.

Renewing a Membership

For your convenience, we will automatically renew your membership until you tell us otherwise. Please note you will not receive an email reminder before you are billed for yearly charges. For all memberships, you must cancel more than twenty five days (25) before any renewal period in order for the cancellation to take effect before the next billing cycle. If cancellation occurs after this date, the membership will be renewed and you will be charged your membership fee. To cancel your membership, visit and click on the cancellation link in the “My Account” area of the site (Note: You must be logged in to cancel).

Canceling Annual Renewal:

You can cancel your Annual Renewal enrollment anytime by calling customer service or going to our website. Your cancellation must be received 25 days before your annual renewal date. Your services will expire at your actual renewal date with no further billing from Loyalty Network Solutions dba Contagus
